 Administration

The administrative team is led by the chairperson. The team also includes a vice-chairperson, secretary, treasurer and business relations coordinator. The team is responsible for administrative activities like planning activities, organizing meetings, finances, member issues, co-operation, orders and fundraising. The administration team enables the subject association’s continuity, quality and development.

advocacy

The Advocacy Division is led by the Social Policy Representative, and its other members include the Representatives of Education Policy for Sociology and Social and Public Policy, the Environmental and Development Cooperation Representative, the Freshman Representative, the International Affairs Representative, and the Yfistö Representative. The division's task is to ensure student well-being, guarantee that the student organization is a safe, equitable, and sustainably operating community, and act as a link between students and the department.

events

The Events Division is led by three Event Coordinators, and its other members include three Event Team Members, a Culture Coordinator, a Sports Coordinator and a Excursion Coordinator. The committee is responsible for organizing a diverse range of events—from parties and academic dinner parties to cultural and well-being events—as well as serving as the primary source of information about upcoming events.

communications

The Communications Division is led by the Communications Coordinator, with other members including two Communications Team Members, a Webmaster, and the Fogue Coordinator. The committee's task is to ensure smooth and accessible communication both within the board and to the members. Its areas of responsibility include managing the website, the email list, social media content creation, and Fogue, the student organization magazine of Fokus.
